Plastic Wedges For Stabilizing Large Drums, Coils

We take pleasure in introducing ourselves as “Rohnil®” Indigenous manufacturers & Pioneers of Plastic Wheel Chocks. We have introduced first time in India “Plastic Wedges” they will be used for stabilizing large Drums, Coils. These are Injection moulded from durable U.V. stabilized & chemical resistant plastic these Wedges are tough & lightweight. These Thermoplastic Wedges are indigenously designed & is manufactured in Indian using best Polymers. It is stronger lighter & Easy to handle. They are ideal for dunnage to be used in Roll, Drums whilst enroute onto vehicles, trucks, containers. I.e. for stabilizing & prevention of movement/ displacement.

Wooden wedges are presently used. They are susceptible to termites, bore, and insect. Further they need to be fumigated or treated. With depleting forest & timber wood will be in short supply & getting costlier day by day.

Wooden Wedges does not give the desired radius during manufacturing; hence load cannot be dissipated evenly. This leads to pressure on one side & get lifted on one sidePlastic Wedge Features
