The promoter of the company Mr. Thulaseedharan TK is an authority in Valve Industry in India. He had commenced design and manufacture Industrial Valves in the year 1971 in India.
The enhancing demand in various types of Valves manufactured under the stewardship of Mr. Thulaseedharan, we had purchased a new industrial plot from Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation, Kathwada Industrial Estate in 2004 and constructed a Factory with latest machineries and test facilities to manufacture Industrial Valves in the brand name FLOEC. Our motto is to produce Industrial Valves to meet the global demand with a quality that matches the International Standards of manufacturing various types of Valves.

Chairman and Managing Director, is involved full time in the operation of the Company. He is completely in command of the entire technical team of the Company. He had presented many technical articles about the Industrial Valves and published them in many Industrial Publications. He also conducted many technical seminars about the Total Quality Management (TQM), Marketing and Preventive Maintenance.
