    Chondroitin sulfate is a kind of acid mucopolysaccharide extracted from animal cartilage. It is composed of
    chondroitin sulphate A、C and various chondroitin sulphate. Which is widely present in fish、mammalian and bird
    cartilage. In cartilage chondroitin sulfate bound with protein as glycoprotein and bound with collagen protein.
    Chondroitin sulphate sodium is a white powder, odourless, tasteless, hygroscopicity, freely soluble in water and
    insoluble in organic solvent such as ethanol、acetone and aether and so on. Chondroitin sulphate aqueous solution
    is instable under high temperature or acid，deacetylation degrade into monosaccharide or low molucule weight
    polysaccharide.
    As a health food or health care drugs,Chondroitin Sulfate is used to cure coronary heart disease, angina,
    myocardial infarction, coronary atherosclerosis,myocardial ischemia and other diseases in the long-term,no
    obvious side effects,can significantly redruce the incidence of coronary heart disease and mortality .Clinical
    application of long-term found that the walls of arteries and veins of fat ,such as lipid deposition can be effectively
    removed or reduced to a significant reduction in plasma cholester0l ,thus preventing atherosclerosis formation.
