Chopped Strand Mat

Glass fibre chopped strand mat (briefly as csm) is an non-woven e-or c-glass fiber glass fibre which is made of chopped strands of 50mm in length, which are randomly and uniformly dispersed and bound together with polyester binder in powder or emulsion form.

chopped strand mat will be wrapped up paper pipe of 76mm inner diameter, and polyvinyl chloride film will be used for packing and sealing and then package them with carton. Such as width of 1040mm,the carton size will be:28l*28w*h1070cm the mats should be put horizontally or vertically. It’s allowed to be packaged by bulk and pallet when shipping by containers. When package by pallet ,each pallet vertially 16 cartons. The pallet size will be :112l*112w*h10 cm
chopped strand mat should be reserved indoor with drying, cool, wet-proof and rain-proof condition. It suggests that temperature should be control within 15℃～35℃ and humidity should be control within 35%～65%. The covering memberane shall be no opened until applying, the products are suitable for all kinds of frp process, such as handing lay-up,
filament winding, molding process. Centrifugally cast filled process. Mechanical process, etc. It is widly used for automobile parts, sanitary wares, chemical corrosion resistance pipe, cooling tower, storage tank, ships manufacture, building materials, furniture and so on.
