Choudhary Masala Udyog is an Indian spice producer and a manufacturer based in Purnea, Bihar. Spices have a long ancient history especially in India, where every homes and in every province across the country, women and housewives blend different spices with their hand to create a classic and a distinct Indian taste to the food. Choudhary Company was set up in 1948 in a small town of Bihar i.e Manhar. and soon was expanded to 5 more states of the country like Assam, Odisha, Nepal, Bengal, Jharkhand etc. Sunil Jaiswal, the son of and the founder of Choudhary company , later moved to Purnea city, Bihar and expanded his father's business and started his own spice factory there.
