Chromyun Extruder

The CHROMYUN Extruder ensures lower energy consumption and provides greater production flexibility. This makes it ideal for smaller hourly outputs and for multi-product plants. The operation of vacuum extraction and extrusion of the clay paste was object of special attention in order to obtain maximum efficiency with minimal power usage and maintenance cost. The extruder Chromyun consists of two groups of introduction paddles powered by independent motor reducers that push the clay down to the augers. Below the introduction shovels there are grates designed to create a “clay seal” and maintain the vacuum. Presently available in 2 models.
