INTRODUCTION

The device has been used to collect the carbon dioxide which is released by the patient due to the process of expiration. It also maintains a unidirectional flow of the air which makes inspiration easy, simple and effective. There are separate aspiratory and expiratory valves which make is safe for the patient to remain in a healthy state.

The machine also has separate valves to control the flow of different gases like oxygen and nitrous oxide at different pressures.
