CLC Foaming Agent

Foam producing substance is called Foaming Agent, which is used in the manufacture of cellular concrete. This is a fully biodegradable protein-based concentrate, and when diluted in water and poured in Foam Generator and compressed with air, fine foam is generated and forms stable bubbles, which provides necessary porosity to the concrete. The bubbles formed are strong enough to last until the concrete is set at required density (40-50 gms per ltr – Foam density). Foaming Agents of two types are available in the market.
