The clean room of our subsidiary Diener Plasma enables the treatment of sensitive electronic components. In the clean room itself, various plasma systems with multiple tier product carriers and rotary drums are installed.

The clean room of Diener Plasma GmbH & Co. KG, which has been certified in July 2011 according to EN ISO 9001: 13485 2008 and EN ISO: 2003 + AC: 2009, has been classified and certified in January 2011 as a clean room class 8 according to EN ISO 14644-1.
The clean room is fully equipped with ESD protection, so that even sensitive components can be treated. This is ensured by an ESD access control at the entrance, which only releases the door when the selected ESD clothing of the employee meets the criteria.
Integrated features in the clean room include a tier system Tetra 100 LF PC which supports a wide range of products and components that can be treated on various product carriers using the seven tier assembly. In addition, a rotary drum system TETRA 50 LF PC is integrated, which can quickly and efficiently deal with a wide range of volumes of bulk materials. Optimum plasma treatment of all sides of the products and components is guaranteed due to the design of the rotary drum.
