ClearLay ™ rigid vinyl ( PVC ) film and sheets
ClearLay TM is a rigid vinyl film (polyvinyl chloride, or PVC) that is the economical answer for many plastic film applications. ClearLay’s versatility makes it a great choice for thermoforming, die-cutting, welding, gluing, and folding applications. The low cost of vinyl combined with its high durability makes it well suited for packaging, graphics, overlays, stencils and protective coverings.
Every thickness of ClearLay film and sheet we stock is available in clear, and we offer five transparent colors in .005″” mil. On a custom order basis, we offer matte film and press or roller polished sheeting. Generally, clear, white, and black in both gloss and matte finishes are widely available, and any transparent or opaque color is available on a custom order basis.
ClearLay vinyl is printer-friendly for screen printing, offset printing and solvent inkjet print applications.
