The Company caters to the requirements of raw forgings for the automotive industry; Earthmoving, mining, petrochemical and agriculture Equipments Industry. Our clientele include almost all the major automobile OEM's in India.

Capabilities

• In house Die making on CNC-VMC m/cs
• Net Weight ranging from 500gms to 75kg prr pc
• Steel: Carbon, Alloy & Stainless steel
• In house metallurgical Inspection of Steel
• Capacity of 12,000 tones per annum

Facilities

• 2 Forging hammers ranging from 1 tonne to 3 tonne.
• Ring rolling 2 numbers of capacity 100 mm to 700 mm diameter.
• 01 Forging Press capacity of 1000 tonnes.
• Heat Treatment : ISO Thermal Annealing, Normalizing, Hardening & Tempering.
• Microscope, Hardness Tester.
