CMC Sodium Salt

Ingredients : Milk 1 Litre, C M C Powder ½ Teaspoon, G M S powder Three Table Spoon, Cornflour Two Tablespoon, Fried Ghund, Walnut, chocolate Colour, Mix Fruit Essence 12 drops-slightly chocolate color and cream 1 cup, sugar 1 cup. Take the milk and dissolve C M C powder G M S Powder, Cornflour & sugar, Stirring well, then Boil it 5 to 10 Minutes, Take off from heat, add essence-Color, rest few minutes, set in deep freeze up to 3 hours, Take out and add cream, churn in mixture, now mix fried ghund, walnut, pour in aluminum tray, set again in deep freeze approx. 7 Hours. Ice Cream is ready.
