CNC Bangle Designing Machine (TT-CNC 6) is a computerized CNC machine, capable of creating different designs on flat and convex surfaces. The machine is equipped with advanced CNC controller and AC servomotors that ensure efficient performance at low operating cost for longer lifetime. The new version is fully conversant with the leading CAD/CAM softwares, ensuring its usability in growing technology.

• The Computerized numerically controlled (CNC) Machine is capable of generating various designs on flat and convex (oval) Surface.
• The Machine is equipped with CNC Controller and AC Servo motors to ensure lifelong maintenance free working.
• The Vertical spindle is fitted with ceramic bearings of very high precision. The spindle has a maximum of 60, 000 RPM. The spindle is coupled with variable AC drive which gives flexibility to change the speed as per design requirements.
• The machine is compatible with leading CAD/CAM software available in the market. The programs are generated in (G) codes and (M) codes. The program can also be generated manually.
• All the machine components are machined on precision machines and are hardened and grounded. These components are individually inspected for accuracies. The machine is assembled in a controlled environment.
• The latest version of the machine is equipped with a tool length pre set feature for presetting the length of various tools to be used.
• Other features of the machine include auto travel from horizontal to vertical head, single pass pocket milling, single pass border cutting.
• The machine has a special feature of A-axis interpolation in tandem with X and Y axis to generate highly presentable designs using the Horizontal cutting head.
