Tube bending is accomplished by an Eaton Leonard CNC mandrel tube bender. This machine can accommodate steel and aluminum tubing, with sizes ranging up to 3" O.D. The CNC control allows us to achieve multiple bends on the same piece of tubing (Example is the Serta Mattress Dolly Cart shown elsewhere on the site.) Tubing from 1" to 3" can be bent on this machine. Please call us with any questions on material thickness and radius needed for your project.
