the yk7320 cnc gear form grinding machine uses a cbn grinding wheel to grind gears in single-tooth indexing principle. It is designed for grinding spur and helical gears, crowning and tapered gears, preslotted herringbone gears, as well as lead screws for compressors and gears with arbitrary forms.
precise and dearance-free double-worm gearing is applied on the worktable for indexing. Grinding wheel alignment is performed automatically by a sensor.
the cnc system features multiple programming methods, advanced graphic programming, serial interface, and a 12" crt color screen for display etc.
an overall closed guard and a mist separator ensure a pleased working condition.
