The model yks9332 2-axis cnc high-speed gear rounding machine is an upscale version of the model ys9332. It is suited to rounding or sharp-corner rounding internal, external cylindrical gears and cluster gears. Characterized with rigid structure and high efficiency (cutter stroke 30 to 120 str.min), it is the best choice for large batch production in automobile, tractor and machine tool industries.
the machine features a high level of automation. The work spindle (c-axis) and cutter stroke (x-axis) are cnc controlled. Except for work load and unload, manual cutter-work engagement, and stepping on hydraulic switches, other motions of the machine, including cutter's rapid approaching, automatic feed, cutter rotating, work indexing, counting and positioning of rounded work teeth, are executed according to pre-set programs. Simultaneously, two end milling cutters or cup milling cutters round works' tooth ends, giving them round or incline shapes respectively. Range of rounded angle is 80 degree to 120 degree.
the cutter stoke and work indexing is controlled by japanese yaskawa system and driven by servo motors. A compact structure and short gear train make the machine low noise, less setup consequences, stable performance and easy operation.
