NTM, Inc is proud to offer precision CNC machining services for a range of industries including defense, aerospace, medical, automotive, and highway. Custom components are created from a variety of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, alloy steels, titanium, inconel, monel, kovar, hastelloy, and plastics in sizes up to 12" in diameter, 60" in length, 29" in width and 25" in height. State-of-the-art equipment includes vertical mills, turning centers, engine lathes, indexers, and manual mills, carrying out precision processes including milling, drilling, boring, tapping, knurling, pocketing, profiling, reaming, facing, external and internal threading, along with turning methods including contour, form, taper, and straight turning. These precision processes can achieve tolerances to ± .0001".
Our machinery features CNC control capabilities; 13,000 rpm spindle speeds, a 3300 lb weight capacity, 4 axes, and three jaw and four jaw chuck fixturing. We also provide in house fixturing and tooling for ensured rapid lead times and cost effective production. Parts are thoroughly inspected for integrity and accuracy using the latest CMM and granite plates inspection methods, as well as surface finish and hardness testing.
