CNC Machining

At Dynamic Precision Tool & Manufacturing, we've been in business at our Troy, Michigan facility for over 30 years, providing a wide variety of high quality machining, grinding and wire EDM operations all under one roof. Exemplifying this proud tradition is our precision CNC machining capabilities. This service utilizes state-of-the-art CNC Hurco and Fadal Machining Centers. CNC Mazak Turning Centers featuring our MAZAK INEGREX 100-SY CNC TURNINGMACHINING CENTER and our MIYANO BNA-42MSY 7-CUTTING AXES CNC SUPER TURNING CENTER , all with CNC control and bar feeding capabilities.
These advanced machining systems allow us to provide machining processes such as milling, boring, turning, threading, tapping, thread milling, knurling, profiling, reaming, facing, and many others. Components can be milled in lengths up to 60”, widths up to 30”, and heights up to 30”. Turning can be provided for parts up to 28” in diameter and 48” long, and bar feed up to 12’ long and 3” in diameter, all too tight tolerances of .0005”. These processes are performed on 4-axis machinery for milling, 5-axis for turning, utilizing live tooling, with all fixturing and tooling provided in-house. We also work with a wide variety of metals, exotic metals, and plastic polymers, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, Hastelloy, nylon, Delrin, ABS, and acrylic, just to name a few.
