CNC Machining

We have organization of ISO certified to machine our components to high precision levels. We are equipped with all types of machines of conventional and non-conventional machining.

Our specialised people have worked a lot with all types of special machine components machining, we are machining process for paper and pulp mills up to 10mts length.

We offer components range from 100kg to 3ton single piece. Heavy profiled components are machined using vertical tuning centre and conventional lathe machines of semi-automatic type.

Highly precision components are machined using VMC and CNC machines.

Drilling and tapping are fully equipped with branded drills and taps.

We are equipped with measuring instrument such as Vernier calliper, micrometre, height master, bore gauge, thread gauge, ring gauge and CMM(co-ordinate measure machine)
