An Eight Axis Radiusing and End facing machine was designed and supplied to the subsidiary of A B Sandvik Steel - Sweden for chamfering and facing the SS Billets for extrusion presses. The machine proved to be its very best in all respect of automation and production amongst the rest of the plants in the world.
A Specially designed CNC Die grinding machine was developed and supplied to eminent clients in the steel making industries for their pilger mills. The machine is the first of its kind that was developed indigenously and proves to be an import substitute for the clients. A CNC mandrel Grinding machine is also developed and supplied to the clients in the steel industries.
A Specially designed Pipe End Beveling Machine has distinguished features to offer high production and accuracies to meet the global demand of the pipe industry.
A three Roll Groove Turning Machine was offered as an import substitute to an eminent client for their PQF Mill. The Machine was designed to suit the specific need of roll turning in the stands used in the mill while in place. The accuracies and automation offered is at par in excellence. Special Programs were developed to meet the requirement of the customer for this specific job to be machined in situ.
A fully automatic cold saw cutting machine for the pipe industries was also supplied to enhance the productivity and suffice special requirement for our client.
A world class 12 Axes fully automatic CNC Machine was supplied to grind tool inserts for tool manufacturing company. Programs were developed to meet the requirement of the customer, to grind all sides of the insert with specific accuracy and production demands.
A Special machine was developed to do all operations on a yoke for steering wheels. The machine delivers achieving all the nine operations on the yoke at one time which is a unique technology introduced in the requirement of high production and repeatability. Some of the other such special applications were designed to enhance productivity for automobile parts.
The Company was the first in the country to offer an indigenously designed Hi speed built in motorized spindle for turning centers and grinding machines. Cartridge type compact Hi Speed motorized spindles are also manufactured for many machine tool applications in the industry.
Some of the machines have proved to be import substitutes for our clients and some have been exported.
