CNC CONTROLLER- HG612:

HG612 provides professional CNC functions, 7” screen and languages of English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Denish, Korean, Chinese.
Motion software built in HG612 support both flame and plasma cutting model.
many standby functions to improve cutting quality and speed, such as Scale, rotation, mirror,break point memory, Etc.
NESTING SOFTWARE-FASTCAM

Fast CAM is from Australia and is very experienced in flame and plasma cutting process.
It works in Windows98/2000/NT/XP and has Chinese, English, German, Franch, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Russian etc.
Fast CAM provides Fast CAM drawing, Fast NEST auto Nesting, Fast PATH auto pathing and Fast PLOT verification.
Fast CAM reads and edits DXF/DWG drawings, Fast NEST supports AUTO nesting. Fast PATH supports auto pathing.
Fast PLOT transfer NC codes between drawings automatically. NC codes are easily to be imported into HG612.
Cutting functions: Kerf compensation, plasma bridge, common line cutting, corners, CAD layers, word label, Etc.
USB PORT

A USB port is mounted on machine front for input and output NC codes(cutting programs)
PLASMA SINGNAL CONNECTOR

INTECUT is easy to change from flame cutting to plasma cutting. Plasma connector is easy to handle.
RAIL ONLY

Rail is one piece design. Linear guide rail contributes smooth and high precision moving.
FLAME CUTTING TORCH

Flame torch gas hoses are with metal skin. Suits work in tough environment.
GAS VALVE

Three electromagnetic valves are used for CNC control easy for fire adjustment and remote control.
TORCH HOLDER:

Torch holder is designed for holding flame or plasma torch.
MOTOR SYSTEM

Stronger motor with 8mm motor axles. X,Y axles used the same motor
TORCH HEIGHT CONTROLLER

Machine includes Automatic Electric motor to adjustment flame and Plasma torch height.
