Intermac’s new Master 38.3, part of its series of CNC work centers, is designed to deliver maximum flexibility and productivity for shops machining marble, natural stone, quartz and ceramic material. The new robust Master series offers a greater tool change capacity and is available with a variety of options to accommodate all manufacturing requirements for countertops, vanities, fireplaces, sculpturing, flooring, facades and coverings, with the highest safety standards.

In addition, the integrated interface on the new parametric 2D-3D I-Cam makes it possible to execute all necessary operations within the same working environment, through a high level of integration, with the most common software and machines on the market.

Features

Active safety features in the front protection devices and rotation magazine. Ergonomic front guards of a suitable height that are also explosion-proof (certified by external bodies with “detonation” tests). Side and rear guards made of a metallic material subjected to special anti-corrosion painting cycles. Electric and pneumatic systems fully integrated in the machine and protected by closed doors. Inaccessibility of moving machine parts. A clean working environment (water and machining residues are not dispersed). Reduced noise levels, fully complying with the machinery directive
