This machine provides cutting, collating and separating the different design cards automatically. Such as a sheet printed 5x5 up (also 3x8, 6x8.etc) ups format card sheet 25 (24, 48 pcs) different card designs will be cut and separated to a 5 or 25 groups by the 25 (24, 48) chambers card collating system automatically, operator doesn�t need to separate or group card again, in order to increase the production rate, save labor cost, reduce scrape and scrap.
Of course we can tailor-make and design the automatic collecting system according your special request, such as 3x8 ups, 6x8 ups format of card sheet, etc.
