TT&LL Trading has joined our partners in the coal industry because it has a great potential. About 39 percent of the electricity produced worldwide is from coal and this rate will be maintained until 2030. Coal is vital not only for electricity production, but also as raw material for a number of industries such as steel, metal, cement, liquid fuels, paper and fertilizer.
We work with the Vietnam National Coal – Mineral Industries Group to supply coal from coal mines all over Vietnam and Indonesia. The Group and its affiliates concentrated their resources, produced and sold 37 million tons of coal in year 2010.
