Property : Coated Diamond Powder with electroplating and electroless plating, mainly coated with three elements as Ni, Ti, Cu, by coating the surface of diamond and CBN with metal, in order to enhance its holding force between diamond and bond and reducing its thermal shock, to protect the diamond and CBN against oxidation and graphitizing, lengthening its lifetime.
Usage : Used in dry and wet resin bond grinding products, forming even thick and dense Ni coat by depositing metal on diamond surface through oxidation-reduction reaction during autocatalysis process, under the condition of no additional current.
