These LEDs have ceramics plus metal material with high thermal conductivity as the substrate and adopt silicon injection molding technology with good impervious performance, high reliability and very low degradation rate. LEDchip Indus COB POWER LEDs have very low thermal resistance long lifetime over 50000hrs.
