The Tonia Group founded by Dr. Antonio Sequeira was established in 1971. Tonia Liquor Industries was started in 2002 and was to manufacture high quality spirit products. The managing partner Mr. Mario Sequeira is partnered by Mr. Aleixo Sequeira and also Mr. Norman Sequeira and they are head quartered in Goa.
Over the years some of the products produced at Tonia Liquor Industries have attained international fame. Take for example the Royal Rider Select Whisky. It has received acclaim from far and wide and has won many an award. Placed in various blind tastings it has been found to be at par with the best in its range.
In the years gone by and after much hard work Tonia’s have in their portfolio what is probably the best in the blended Gin segment when the bottled Blue Crystal Dry Gin. Their White Magic Vodka and the flavoured vodkas have been acclaimed as one of the best in their class.
Gold Castle XXX Rum is being supplied to the Indian Naval Canteen Services for more than 30 years and is also highly acclaimed in the defense services of India.
