Cocoa beans, The machine is totally made of the food grade stainless steel and independent suspension grinding elements with its base all of whole natural granite of hardest type. The additional pneumatic pressure of up to 220 kg helps easily grinding any type of mass. The machine requires compressed air at 4 bar (Mpa) from central system or a regular small compressor. It consumes little air only in the moment of switching wheel positions. The bowl is rotating via motor-reducer.
