The conventional Hot Plate Method has a number of disadvantages. The COD digester overcomes these disadvantages. This digester has a uniform heating without water circulation. The Switch auto off system is its unique feature. After completion of labpro digestion, titration can be done manually or by COD autotitrator Outer  cabinet  made  of   mild  steel  duly  Coated. Double  wall construction   with  insulation for  minimum heat  losses increases  the efficiency  of  the      system. Aluminium Block with holes  is  used to hold 15 nos .COD tubes.( or  For 6 tubes )  Aluminium  Block is heated    to maintain temperature  up to  180 °C . Solid state  Digital  Temperature Controller, labpro appropriate heater &  insulation  selection  assure uniformity in all the  samples.
