Cold Cure Flexible Foams

We manufacture Shivapol 210 and Shivanate 002, the chemical setup required for the production of cold cure flexible foam. Shivapol 210 is a formulated polyol premixed with blowing agent while Shivanate 002 serves as the hardener.

Shivapol 210 is also available without blowing agent. This grade is called Shivapol 210 WR.

Applications

Cold cure flexible foam produced by mixing Shivapol 210 and Shivanate 002 in the prescribed ratio, is used in:

• Automotive industries for the production of seats, seat backs, headrests etc.

• Furniture industry for making cushions and paddings

Different grades of Shivapol 210 and Shivanate 002 can be made to suit individual customer requirements
