COLD PROCESS GUM POWDER

The rich experience of JSN Enterprises/Rehmath starch in starch formulations for applications in Paper & packaging industries has been the gateway to the development of “brand name”. It is a two component cold processed adhesive and is designed in a manner that it does not require cooking for the preparation. This product inherently carries the characteristics of modified starches as an adhesive.

General method of preparation is as follows.
Dissolve the Additive provided inside the bag (2.5 Kg) in 10 liter of water (Portion A). Add the remaining contents of the bag (22.5 Kg) in 90 liter of water with continuous stirring and allow to mix the contents for 10 min (Portion B). Add slowly the Portion A into the Portion B with continuous stirring and allow to mix further for half an hour. (Mixing sequence, procedure and ingredient quantity vary from Customer to customer depending on the application).
