Product Overview

The carcass is made from Polyester fabric, Nylon fabric, Cotton fabric, or Terylene & Cotton fabric, etc. Adopting lower crystal rubber materials as cover rubber, it allows our Cold Resistant Belt to maintain excellent elasticity and impact resistance at temperature of – 40 degree C. The belt is manufactured by forming and vulcanizing.

Features :Cold Resistant Conveyor Belt can be classified into two grades:

Depending on the properties of the cover, our cold resistant conveyor belt can be divided into three types, including tear resistant type (H), anti-abrasion type (D), and ordinary type (L).
According to different cold resistance, it can be divided into two types: C1 and C2. C1-working temperature:-45~+50℃; C2-working temperature: -60~ +50℃.
