Cold Rolled Coils, Technique : Cold Rolled

We are offering cold rolled coils. Cold rolled steel is produced from hot rolled coils with two horizontal rolls after removing rust and impurities by acid pickling, after which the hardened cold rolled coils are softened by heat treatment and the surface smoothened.
Cold reducing steel produces an extremely low ductility product. It's usually processed further to develop desired end use characteristics such as formability, surface texture, flatness, etc.
Unlike other coated steel products with a protective later that prevents rust from the reaction of steel and oxygen, cold rolled steel does not have a protective layer and is generally coated with oil.
