with the growing demand of cold rolled strips and sheets, Gaurang has started manufacturing CR coils and strips in year 2003 with annual capacity of 1 lac MT annum in various sizes and thickness. On line stringent quality checks ensure the tolerances and dimension for sophisticated applications CR production plant consists of 4 HI and cold rolling mils along with bell furnaces, Skin pass, slitting, cut to length and testing facilities.

Mild Steel in drawing. Deep drawing, Extra deep drawing grades medium and high carbon, SAE 1020, if steel, High Tensile steel (SPC-370-440)

Heat Treatment facilitiesHardness, Tensile, Yield, Elongation, Breaking load etc. are tested after giving proper heat treatment. Quenching, Tempering, Hardening and Normalizing are done to get the desired results as per customer's requirement.
Surface Finish facilities We give different surface finishes like Zinc Plating, Powder Coating, Painting, Black Oxide, Hot Dip Galvanizing etc.
Testing FacilitiesWe carry out Chemical / Mechanical Testing and Non-Destructive Testing in our labs and have Weld Test facilities.
