Cold Storage

The COLD STORAGE is double walled construction pre-fabricated with puff insulated sandwich panels with cam lock system with air tight for effective cooling system in the room. The interior and exterior are pre-coated G I sheets.

An exclusive door designed for the room with solid hinges and mantic catch system for locking system is provided. The panels can be dismantled, shifted and rearranged at any required place. The density of the PU foam is 40kgs/m3

Cooling

A hermetically sealed compressor provides temperature below ambient. The cooling unit is custom made with SS304 grade.

Control System

A Digital Electronic Controller is used for the operation in the Cold Storage.

Panel Board

Powder coated panel board with contactors / SSR Relays, amps setting relay safety fuses, MCBs, switches and indicators.
