Our Collapsible Doors have higher demand amongst clients, as these are easy to maintain. Though these lifts require more space in the building than manual doors, it is advisable to use automatic doors There is no need for a lift operator in our Collapsible Doors. The door panels can be designed to add decor to the building. These lifts are available in different capacities ranging from 4 persons lo 40 persons. The speed of Hovel ranges from single speed of 0.7m/s to variable speeds of 1.5m/s. The cabin walls and door panels can be of M.S. pointed, M.S. powder coated or hairline brush finished stainless steel. Gloss Doors are also provided on special demand because these are expensive. Normally Center Opening Doors ore advised due to their ease of use and elegance. Telescopic Doors can also be provided in which both the doors ore opened towards one side. Our lilts use Programmable Logic Controllers with auto foul display and detection capability Modem amenities like variable speeds through ACVWF Drives, Automatic Rescue Device for electricity failure, load Weighing Devices for large lifts, etc ore offered at additional cost.

Range : 1.5·· [ 38.1 mm] center to 10.5·· [ 266.7 mm]
Ratio : 5:1 to 7:1 in single Reduction gearbox and
100:1 to 4900:1 in Double reduction gearbox.
Gearbox Body : Made of closely grained cast iron which is completely oiltight and dust proof. Boring process done on TOS boring machine.
Worm Shaft : Made of Alloy steel and case harden, thread cutting process done on WMWthread milling machine.
Worm Wheel : Made of Pb2 [ Phospherous Bronze] material. Teeth cutting done on TOS gear hobbing machine.
OutputShaft : Madeofhightensilesteel.
Bearings : High quality taper roller bearings used.
Lubrication : Lubrication of the gears and bearings done by splash of oilfrom the sump to allrotating parts.
Oil Seals : Standard make oilseals are used.
