Rollcon Engg. Co. manufactures Colour Coating Lines.The lines can be simple, semi-continuous type with infra-red ovens to high speed continuous lines with a standard catenary and "floater-type" convection oven or electrical element heated type.
The line can be designed for water or solvent based liquids (Alkyds, acrylics, epoxies, organosols, plasterols, phenolics, polyesters, polyurethenes, vinyls, PVDF/PVDF-2) for strip thickness of 0.15mm and higher.
Rollcon Engg. Co. have developed special modular lines. These lines with small installed capacity at the beginning can be developed in stages to a high capacity with minimum possible downtime & cost. This is very helpful for the customers in developing countries trying to develop markets for Colour Coated Material.
