Automatic, compact case erector, soft set case packer capable of speeds from 1 to 10 cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Case size range of: 8-12" to 20" in Length; 4-34" to 13" in Width; 4" to 19-12" in Height. Has a (4"W x 120"L) product in feed conveyor. (7"L x 11 14"W) product accumulationcollatingpacking grid, with back pressure plate to maintain product stability, soft drop product gripper pusher plate, 40"L blank case magazine, 4-cup vacuum pick & place, and hand crank, for case size adjustment. Equipped with Omron Sysmac C20 programmable controller, PRO 15 programming console, E-stops, no caseno product sensor, status indicator light, height adjustable legs, and barrier guarding with electrical interlocks. Designed to pack various round or non-round bottles, cans, and gable top containers in top load applications. Last running 6 F-style bottles into 12 12"L x 9"W case.
