Combo Counterbore Drills

Counterboring or spot facing of holes after drilling requires tool change. Changing the tool after drilling each hole, so that  counterbore & drills are concentric, proves to be a long tedious & time consuming job.

We have developed a combination tool, which can drill and spot face/counterbore in the same go. No need of changing the tool each time. The tool comes with either HSS or carbide drills. The counterbore is done by standard indexable carbide inserts. This not only is a cheaper option but also a faster one.

Standard straight shank drills can be used in this tool. The drills are held in place by side lock holding arrangement, where as the tool holder can have either a straight shank or a taper shank. The customer may choose which shank he needs.
