Flexible Options for Maximum Efficiency
Sturdy tables are supplied as either free standing or placed against a wall with an upstand at the back, depending on the layout of your service area. Choose either a deliverysorting table, a sorting table with one or two shelves or a pre-wash table for hood-type machines.
Efficiency is a key benefit of the deliverysorting tables as they enable serving staff to deposit dirty dishes, whilst dishwashing staff sort on the other side. To help the staff quickly handle the dishes guide rail sections for different sized baskets are fitted under the table. The table can also be fitted with a sorting shelf and an empty basket rack, if desired. The sorting shelf baskets may also be angled towards either the serving or dishwashing staff with a rack for empty baskets standing on one side. It really depends which configuration works best for you.
Table Options Include Pre-Wash Models
Designed to help you make the most of any kitchen space we also supply Nordien-System pre-wash tables for hood type machines. These include a large strainer at the bottom of the basin and a splash guard to reduce the likelihood of water spilling onto the floor causing a slip hazard. A pre-rinse shower, unloading table and grid shelf are available with this model as accessories.
All tables and shelves are manufactured in sturdy, stainless steel and come with adjustable feet. Accessories include tray supports, mobile waste bins, scrapers, cutlery soak trolleys and plate cassettes.
