The QX Series Cordless Precision Screwdriver communications module delivers process control with IO, automatic configuration switching and real time data archiving for up to 10 tools per process communication module. Monitor what is happening with your QX Series screwdrivers while they are in production, and collect and store the results of every fastening cycle they perform. The included ICS-Connect software also allows you to analyze the historical results of your fastening cycles using graphs so that you can visually identify the average expected results and quickly identify outliers. The capability of this system is extremely impressive, especially for the price.
