APPEARANCE:
Fine particles of precipitated zinc oxide coated on an inert core, white to light yellow powder.
PACKING:
Composite Zinc Oxide is packed in amount of 25kgs in PP woven bag with PE liner and one more PE inner bag.
USES AND PROPERTIES:
Composite Zinc Oxide has small particle sizes and high surface area of 20 to 50 m2g
Best use for tires, rollers, and conveyors belt products, which need good aging and good abrasion resistance.
Because of its high surface area, it is also good for transparent rubber product like rubber bands, shoe soles etc.
In dry rubber and latex: Composite Zinc Oxide can improve modulus, hardness, tensile strength, elongation, compression set, product transparency, EVA transparency, reduced air permeability and rolling resistance, UV resistance.
