Features :
The flow rates start from 5 m3/hr and can be manufactured up to any size.Standard pressure is 7 kg/cm2 but low as well as high pressures dryers can also be supplied. High pressure dryers are used for PET bottling application.In the refrigerated type dryers, the incoming air is cooled to 2 to 3 degree C, thus removing any moisture present in the air. By using suitable heat exchangers, the temp of air at outlet is closer to ambient temperatures.
Applications :
Desiccant Dryers : Used when moisture in compressed air is required to be very low. There are mainly of two types - The Heatless and the Heated type.Heatless Dryers : Used generally for low flow rates.Heated Dryers : Used for higher flow rates.
