1. ZX-80 Computer Control High Precision Printed Paper Crosscutting machine is a professional machine for cutting A4A3 size roll printed paper.
2. Under the control of computer, it can fulfill the process of unwinding, feeding, vertical cutting, transverse cutting automatically, and also automatic pile per 500 sheets, etc.
3. It aims to do trimming and cutting to roll materials with printed image on it, such as PVC, PET, label, case, box, packaging, etc.
4. Computer control: adoption of MIC computer system control, length located by Yaskawa servo motor, touch human-machine interface.
5. Tracking arm-swing feeder, speed adjusted by vector frequency transducer.
6. Trimming by round knife, waste exclusion by air blower.
7. Vertical slitting by round knife, fine cutting precision.
8. Roll material's push-in shelf like the function of fork truck, automatic position correction, magnetic pigment clutch for adjusting tension.
9. Automatic sheet-pile device, automatic process of piling up the finished sheets into 500 pcspile, with ability to produce 3 pieces of A4 paper at a cut, good production.
