Description
Piroxicam Injection is an analgesic used to relieve pain and inflammation in arthritis patients. This medicine is not recommended in patients with heart diseases like stroke or heart attack. Do not take this medicine if you have any bleeding disorder, asthma or have a known allergy.

Side Effects

• Abdominal pain
• Constipation
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Burning sensation in stomachsevere
• Excessive air or gas in stomach
• shakiness in the legs, arms, hands, or feet
• Loss of strength
• Restlessness
• Change in appetite

Missed Dose
The missed dose can be taken as soon as you remember. However, the missed dose should be skipped if it is almost time for your next dose.
Overdose
A doctor should be contacted immediately if an overdose of Piroxicam 40 MG Injection is suspected. Signs and symptoms of overdose include stomach irritation, difficulty in breathing, black colored stools etc. Immediate medical attention is needed if an overdose is confirmed.
