S. P. Enterprise offers fully automatic stationary, skid mounted & truck mounted Concrete Batching Plants to produce homogenous mixture of aggregates, sand, cement, water, additive etc. for construction projects.

Available in out put capacity ranging from 15 to 30 m3/hr.

Concrete Batching Plants features Pan type mixers that are lined with wear resistant plates and driven by planetary gear box. Standard plant includes aggregate hoppers, pan mixer, cement hopper, conveyors, water tank, additive tank, operating & controlling console. PLC based control panel with touch screen LCD display offers powerful recipe management & storage .

Skid Mounted Concrete Mixing Plant Plant is built on single heavy duty chassis constructed from structural steels.

The plant is installed on a level ground on five mechanical jacks with wooden block.

No foundation is required. Complete plant is pre-wired & only needs to connect main supply cable in the panel & the plant is ready for use.
