The working process of concrete mixing plant: after the startup of the mixer control system, it enters the operation interface of the human machine dialogue, initializing the system, including the formula number, concrete grade, slump and production volume. According to the detection of the warehouse and the metering bucket by the sensor, the output material is empty or the signal is full, indicating that the operator determines whether to start the stirring control program. Start the sand and stone belt motor to feed the aggregate weighing bucket, open the butterfly valve of the fly ash and cement bin, start the screw conveyor motor to transport the fly ash and cement to the powder weighing bucket, open the pump and admixture pump, make the water and admixture flow into the metering bucket. When the metering meets the requirements, the metering bucket is opened. Doumen is mixed into the start-up mixer, stirring and mixing, and the mixer door and concrete mixing truck are opened at the set time.
The concrete mixing plant is mainly composed of 5 systems, namely concrete mixer, material weighing system, material delivery system, material storage system and control system, and other ancillary facilities.
