Concrete Door Frame

Concrete Door Frame that we offer is a mark of durability as it is provided with a prefixed virgin block made of high quality dense plastic. Virgin block is provided at specific places to facilitate easy and fast fixing of hinges and other fixtures. It is prefixed with the reinforcement bar. Virgin block is provided on both the sections for fixing hinges and other fixtures. It has a holding capacity of 150 Kg. Also, it is provided for fixing a tower bolt. Our sophisticated Concrete Door Frame facilitates faster construction of buildings as these ensure convenient fixing of hinges. Fixtures & shutters are less tedious as compared to the traditional wooden frames. Further, our Concrete Door Frame can be painted with attractive colors and patterns so as to make it look more decorative.
 
Mounting of Hings

• Avoid use of hammers for fixing hinges
• Make holes on the wonder block using an undersized drill bit
• Drive in the screw using a screw driver
• The wonder block has self-threading capacity
