Concrete Mixing Plant

HLS concrete mixing plant adopts double horizontal shaft forced mixer which could mix the material uniformly.It could mix various types of concrete and suitable for above medium-sized construction projects such as building construction, utilities, highways, ports, docks, bridges and medium & large-sized precast concrete company, concrete pipe pile company and commodity concrete company.
The whole could be operated with automatic control or manual control. The building design for the plant makes it looks neat and grand. It is equipment with automatic drop compensation function and automatic reservation production function. The control system which consists of industrial touch screen and microcomputer puts the reliability for the production control in the first place. When the computer fails to ensure the mixing plant on normal production, the industrial touch screen could take its place to control the production to ensure the normal production. So that it could achieve the double-control effect for the production. Computer control, electronic scales weighing, high weighing accuracy and small weighing tolerance.
