Concrete Placer

surface finishing equipment co. have introduced latest version of concrete placer for placement of concrete at a distance of 15 meters vertically and 30 meters horizontally. The mixed concrete from concrete mixture is transferred into the concrete placer. The compressed air supply is to be provided to the concrete placer through hose pipe. As soon as the compressed air supply is started the concrete from placer begins transferring from placer to pipe line and finally it reaches the point of placement, normally metallic pipe line of diameter 4″ or 6″ are used. If required pipe line can be fitted with bend 30o, 45o, 60o as per site requirement. These units are available in two capacities 8m3/hour and 16m3/hour output. The machine can be equipped with mechanized loader system to enhance productivity. The unit is recommended for mass concreting inside tunnel, underground and other civil structures for placement of concrete at low height. The operation of this equipment is simple and can be operated by unskilled person. The concrete placement cost is substantially reduced by using the above technology.
